During their visit, Grandma & Papa got to see Emily dance at Dance Class; they even were able to catch her very first Nutcracker Rehearsal.Emily has been in Dance Class for the last four months, and really loves it. She looks forward to the class every Saturday morning, and likes seeing some of her many regular school friends who also attend the same dance class.
This December she will be in the Kodiak Community Performance of The Nutcracker. This will be her first performance on the BIG STAGE and she is excited to be in "The Talent Show" (as she calls it.)
Her, and her classmates, will be the Baby Arabians. They have a 3-5 minute bit in the 3 hour production...which, in all honesty, is about the attention-span of a 3-year old.
We have had three rehearsals thus far, and with the production coming up in a few weeks, I'm sure the rehearsal schedule will increase tremendously!
